Freestyle Aerobatics Fun-Day 25 May, RAM-Pretoria

Hi everyone,

FA is arranging a fun day at Rosslyn Aero Modelers, Pretoria, on the 25th of May 2008. All aerobatic/3D models welcome. This will be an open and fun flying day. A general get together of like minded people to bring the idea of freestyle aerobatics home to everyone. Please see the flyer below for all the information. In case u haven't heard yet, Unfortunately this event had to be cancelled.

Apparently it wasn't all lost anyways. The locals here reported back to me Sunday evening the day the event was to be held and the weather was anything but pleasant this side the day. So ya, maybe some things happen for a reason. LOL

Figures. We shoulda known better. Our (Rustenburg) show usually starts the last weekend of May, and every year without fail, it rains, cold miserable unflyable weather. Probably a good thing that it never panned out then, better luck to us next time, and we can add the last weekend in May to the list of dates NOT to organise events on.
