Spektrum DX 7 Tx for Sale

Just upgraded to the JR DSX 9, so I have a 6 month old DSX 7 Mode 2 Tx for sale. Guys, these are excelent radios. And Mode 2 is scarcer than hens teeth at the moment.I have not had one glitch or loss of signal issue since moving to 2.4 ghz. Battery is not included, and comes with the wall charger. Make me an offer I can't understand

Err what do you reckon such a TX might be worth? I'm completely clueless. Just got a DSX9 myself and not looking back, might need to get the GF a new TX to get her on the Spektrum bandwagon.

R1,5k's a little steep. I made some effort (Yea to all my friends! Believe it or not I did!). No jokes I can get a NIB DX7 with charger for a few penny's more than 1.5k. My RC consultants reckon in the region of R1,1k for a second hand TX in excellent condition is a good buy? I'll chat to my girlfriend and find out what her pocket change situation is and report back with an offer if she's interested in a new radio.

Are the radio still available? Is it the 2.4ghz version? Am I right if I say mode 2 has the throttle on the left?
Is the throttle geared, or smooth? Does the radio come with tx? servos?
