Very good news. What would the cost be for the receiver/transmitter 'kit' ? And what do one do with all your "old" receivers ?

Hi Hentie

You can get a module that fits in the back of the radio to convert to 2.4Ghz and then the seperate receiver.  I am afraid the old ones can not be used.

You can pick up units for around R 1500 odd, I know that Aerial Concepts have some units, call them on 011 8028500 but they are moving Mon and Tue to their new shop so call on wed.

This is cheaper than purchasing a new radio.

Well Steve , that is exactly my problem. Have a couple of virtually brand new receivers that are now redundant if i should change and they did not come cheap. Luckily i fly in rather desolate area and no challenges on frequency so i'll just stick with my system as is ( unless we can have a 'trade in bussiness'  ;) ;) ;)  ;D ;D  )

heheh, we can use them to prop up my table leg.  Pop the details on the sell/trade section and try Aerial Concepts, perhaps they can assist
