Eish, I'm no expert on cars I'm afraid but I can find my way around them. Fuel out of the exhaust wouldn't get me concerned at all, it could just be getting rid of excess fuel in the chambers due to not starting immediatly and the exhaust system still pumping fuel in. You're motor is probably not tuned properly or you're over priming the motor on startup no doubt.

Is the car not running well in general though? Could be that you're simply running too rich but I don't want to tell you to lean the motor out especially if it's not run in yet, you will just end up ceasing and hurting the motor? Like I said also I'm not famillier with cars enough to really give advice, best I can truly suggest would be reading the manual on recommended run in procedure and perhaps tuning if they elaborate. If you can tell me what the motor is doing however I am willing to help.

Im busy using a MG10 TR CEN nitro car. Thanks for the help, i sorted everything out. It turned out to be that the engine settings were to rich so i turned it down after running in the car with 4 tanks.
Does anyone know what i can use instead on after burn oil on the engine? I cant find anyone that sells the after burn oil or the shock oil....  ??? :-[

cheers

Excellent, I had a feeling it's running a little on the rich end but this is obviously important during the run in period but ok not tooo rich either although too rich is on the safer side especially on the smaller and high revving motors used in cars.

Depending on which fuel you use of course after run comes into play. If you're using a good fuel like the morgan fuels (Sidewinder for instance) you don't need after run as the fuel already contains a better than average after run mixed into it. You can contact the guys at www.revohobbies.co.za as they have a guy there that's quite knowledgable on the cars and he'll be able to get you whatever you need.
