Micro RC - Actuators

Hi All,
I'm in for something new,and want to build a very small 3/4 channel plane. 100-150gram max. Even less if I can. I'm browsing the web, to find how to make your own Actuators, but couldn't find anything use full.Anyone with some ideas on very lightweight servos/actuators, plans etc...

Cyclone manufacture small Brushless motors and Esc, so there I'm settled, now for the rest.
