OS 50 hsx blowing glow plugs

Guys, I wonder if any one can help ? I have purchased a JR 2610 radio some time back and had to reset all the settings on my JR Voyager 50 as per the maunal. The problem I am facing is that when I raise the pitch/ throttle for hover the motor custs out and blows the os 8 plug. Any suggestions would help.
