It was clear to me at the time of writing......

But yeah, you do get scale and the you get scale. The Twister Bell 47, Lamas etc are not scale helis, but they look cool for the newbies. Even the Beaver looks great from some angles....

Sport scale (Raptor 50 in a Hughs 500 body) or a Cessna 182 with a two stroke is fun. It's also good to look at (if done well) and can be pleasing for the owner.
But yes - a true scale machine with all the rivets, a good scale head and some lights and a Barbie (or Ken) pilot is a droolable offence, but is best left to the big boys...
